Clothing Outlet. Classified as a Hall planned to operate the bar as secondary to the food service. A pool table and jukebox were also proposed at the location. However, the issue was continued until the March 28 commission meeting in order to give staff time to prepare a resolution denying the application. Commissioners suggested during the interim Hall speak with the opposing merchants to hopefully come to an agreement. Instead, Hall decided to withdraw the application. "The meeting made me realize what I had suspected before, that it would have been too big a risk," Hall said.
